原本為了更強大的功能移到wordpress，不過那裡有個死穴，就是不能custom html。不要少看這點，沒有custom的html，就無法貼我無論如何都要支持的Creative Commons的label(有沒有留意到wordpress.com的blog沒有人貼cc label?就是這個原因了)。於是，我只好回來這個加強版的blogspot了。那裡我還會想辦法更新，因為那backup blog跟匯入的功能實在太好用了。
不過，我的主blog又回來這裡了。

工作中的閒暇

現時在政府做文職工作，性質主要是在電腦輸入資料、處理檔案和文件。具體來說，即是處理轉介過來的投訴，有關的文件往來，以分擔專業人員的工作。由於收到的工作要在一至兩天內交到其他人的手上，有多少工作又要看有多少投訴，所以我的工作量不穏定，時多時少。忙碌起來可以一整天都做不完，閒時卻可以半天無所事事。經過前一段不停手的日子，近數天就較空閒。這一天創了空檔的新記錄：幾乎全天都是空檔。
如何打發時間？
從平日觀察可知，做政府文職的同事在工作中的閒暇會做的事：
1. 半遮掩地看雜誌。
2. 聴音樂。
3.上網。最常見的是check email和找工作，也見過有同事上網看漫畫。
4. 吹水，特別是在快下班的時候。
不會做的事：
1.讀報，可能是因為太礙眼。大家讀報的時段集中在剛回到辦公室和午飯時間完結不久。
2.讀書。讀書是違反香港人的常識的。
那我如何打發自己的時間？
Condition:
1. 有自己的工作間
2. 有電腦
3. 不能/不宜上網(沒有自己的上網帳號，雖然大家有一個共用的帳號但不宜做自己的事，因為有IT同事會翻查記錄)
4. 可以上政府的內部網路
結果我打發時間的方式是這樣的：
1. 極少上網，原因如上。雖然其他人有上網。
2. 讀一些自己平時會讀的刊物，因為都不太礙眼。
3. 讀書。
4. 寫blog，這些工作記事就是這些時候打出來的。打好了就email到自己的電郵地址。
5. 上政府內部的聯網。我還沒檢查這些資源是否只能從政府內部的聯網取得，但不乏有用的東西和有關政府運作的資料。不過，從這裡是通不到政府部門網站，也不能到資訊中心和生活易這些重要的政府網站的。

工作記事

第一週
給工作的各種程序弄得頭昏腦脹。結果在同事建議下開始用記事本記下工作程序，相當有效。
承辦商來的報告數天找不出相關的文件。後來透過電腦系統，終於查出報告的編號打錯了。
工作環境特別之處：可能是因為裏權責分明，合約員工又多和有許多年青人，這個辦公室較沒有政治。
18/4 – 原來自己能做的事，即使可以假手於人，也還是自己做最好。
工作中有一項非常簡單的程序，就是入信封。但原來有時起草的工程師或主任會不小心打多一兩行空行，那就要自己print信封了。
25/4 – 每次自己問同事的工作程序，問完的記得的就趕緊記到記事本去。問得人多不免讓人覺得煩厭。
另一方面，經過這幾天的大量工作，稍為回顧一下，卻赫然發現全部都漏了一個步驟。看來還要打醒十二分精神，免得掉以輕心。

The offical figure in 2002, which consist of members from Official Protestant churches is about 15 millions, while some estimation on members of Chinese_house_church vary from 50 millions to 100 millions. But some suspect such a figure of members of Chinese_house_church is largly exaggerated for some reasons. Kiven Choy stated in a Chinese weekly newspaper in Hong Kong that, the correct number of Protestant in China should be at around 20 millions.
外間對於中國基督新教信徒人口的估算落差很大。三自愛國運動和中國基督教協會 (簡稱「兩會」)在二○○二年的數字是約一千五百萬。而在海外機構之中，《愛德通訊》（Amity News）著名的一九九七年統計的數字則在一千萬到一千三百七十萬間。有不少坊間估計非常樂觀。有許多網上資料指中國信徒有五千萬以上，甚至有些數字超過一億。香港宣道會建道神學院基督教與中國文化研究中心主任蔡少琪在基督教時代論壇指出，中國新教信徒數字只可能在二千萬左右，基於多種因素，外間的數字很可能嚴重高估[3]。

Inner child

Inner child is a concept used in psychology to denote a condition that can be linked back to a childhood experience, physical or emotional.
Carl Jung called it the 'Divine Child', Emmet Fox called it the 'Wonder Child', Charles Whitfield called it the 'Child Within'. Some psychotherapists call it the 'True Self'. The "wounded inner child" label was coined by American educator and theologian, John Bradshaw.
